Great dvd by a great trainer
This is an awesome dvd. Mayweather breaks concepts down into simple and clear chunks that are easy to understand. He is a seasoned boxer and coach and knows what he is talking about. If you listen to him, and implement what he is talking about you will be a better boxer, that is all there is to it. I highly recommend anything by him. He is a Mayweather for crying out loud! Can you think of anyone better to produce an instructional boxing video?
Not impress
This DVD is really basic boxing drill but well done. I think the coach may be more enthusiasm and give more tips.
