Great dvd by a great trainer
I like Mayweather's teaching style. He is low key, but speaks with confident authority built on years of knowledge in the boxing business. He is a cool guy. I believe him when he speaks, and it is hard to question what he says. Boxing is built on developing solid fundamentals which must be fully absorbed and practiced by any boxer. Mayweather breaks concepts down into simple and clear chunks that are easy to understand. He is a seasoned boxer and coach and knows what he is talking about. If you listen to him, and implement what he is talking about you will be a better boxer, that is all there is to it. I highly recommend anything by him. He is a Mayweather for crying out loud! Can you think of anyone better to produce an instructional boxing video?
